Teamlead – English Speaking (Filipino Preferred)
Location: Shan, China



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Shan, China. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of English-speaking employees, with a preference for Filipino nationals. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month and accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage team performance, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor team productivity and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Train new team members on company processes and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall efficiency and communication within the company
- Serve as the main point of contact for any escalated issues or concerns from clients or team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Preference for Filipino nationals
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving targets
- Willingness to work full-time with accommodation provided
