Job Title: Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant located in Al-Khor. Your main duties will include managing the staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the financial performance of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff
- Scheduling shifts and managing payroll
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers
- Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that arise
- Maintaining financial records and managing budget to ensure profitability
- Collaborating with chefs to develop new menu items and specials
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
