We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Khor. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining financial performance. Your primary goal will be to maximize profits while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Train and supervise staff in their duties and provide ongoing support and guidance for their professional development
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times by maintaining a positive work environment and resolving any guest concerns or complaints promptly
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets company standards
- Manage financial performance by setting sales targets, controlling costs, and analyzing financial reports to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on market trends or guest feedback
- Implement health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and guests

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant best practices
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Al-Khor (preference for Indian candidates)
