Land Surveyor


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine exact locations and measurements of land and property boundaries. You will also be responsible for creating maps, charts, and reports based on survey data.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography
- Analyze survey data to create maps, charts, and reports
- Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey information
- Use specialized software to process and analyze data
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of survey data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Knowledge of land surveying techniques and equipment
- Strong mathematical skills
- Proficient in using specialized software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Ability to interpret legal documents and prepare legal descriptions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Requirements:
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Accommodation provided (preferred)

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Malikiyah, Syria (preference for Syrian nationals)
