Project Manager - Herzliya, Israel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Herzliya. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within budget and on time. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure project success while maintaining excellent communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring clear goals and objectives are defined
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Develop strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet client expectations
- Coach and mentor team members to promote professional growth and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training
- Experience working with international clients or in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Proficiency in English

Salary: $1100 per month
