Temporary Concierge
A luxury hotel in the United States is seeking a Temporary Concierge to join our team. As a Temporary Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to hotel guests during their stay. This position is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. The salary for this role is $1500, and we offer a free visa and ticket as well as temporary accommodation if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and reservations for restaurants, activities, and events in the area
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local area attractions
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
