Land Surveyor



As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the exact location and measurement of land features. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate data for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers to measure land features
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps, plans, and reports
- Verify the accuracy of existing survey data and make necessary adjustments
- Conduct research to obtain information about land boundaries and property rights
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure surveying is aligned with project plans
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to surveying
- Valid biometric passport for international travel

Working Conditions:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month. It is based in Wiltz, but may require occasional travel within the country or abroad. The working hours are typically Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Accommodation is not provided.
