Administrator for Indian Nationals in Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a qualified Administrator to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles and a strong understanding of office procedures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. As this is a non-English required job, proficiency in English is not necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the organization
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Assist with budgeting and financial management
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Nizwa, Oman
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (in any language)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
