Milling Machine Operator


We are a leading manufacturing company based in Nairobi, seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain milling machines to produce high-quality products
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired specifications and tolerances
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Prior experience operating milling machines is preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Physical strength and stamina for standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day
- Must have a valid biometric passport (or be willing to obtain one)
- Students with relevant coursework or training in machining are encouraged to apply
