Senior Architect - Part Time

We are a growing architectural firm in Oslo, seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion, working closely with clients and other team members to deliver high-quality designs that meet their needs. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from start to finish, including conceptual design, development of construction documents, and project coordination
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and provide creative and practical solutions
- Conduct site visits and participate in client meetings to ensure project progress and quality control
- Work closely with junior architects and interns, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and building codes to continuously improve design processes
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on residential or commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a part-time position offering a salary of 1000$ per month. Candidates must be based in Oslo or willing to relocate.
