We are hiring an entry-level Gardener to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1600$. No prior experience is required as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, and pruning flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Maintaining lawns by mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
- Removing weeds and debris from gardens and outdoor spaces.
- Properly using gardening equipment such as shovels, rakes, and hedge trimmers.
- Seasonal tasks such as snow removal in the winter.
- Communicating with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences.

Requirements:
- Passion for gardening and working outdoors.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy bags of soil or mulch.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients.
- Attention to detail to ensure gardens are well-maintained.
