IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Clairvaux. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and systems
- Identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Train and manage a team of IT professionals
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Create and maintain documentation for all IT processes, procedures, and policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of information security protocols and best practices
- Experience with network administration, database management, and cloud computing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English language skills (French proficiency is a plus)
