We are in need of a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Clairvaux. Our firm specializes in designing commercial buildings and we are looking for a talented individual to bring their expertise to our projects.

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating designs and plans for various commercial structures such as office buildings, shopping centers, and industrial complexes. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision, and then use your technical knowledge and creativity to develop innovative designs that meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience working on commercial projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software is required. As we cater to a mostly Malayalee clientele, fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required.

In addition to your design skills, we are seeking someone with strong communication skills who can effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members. Time management and project management abilities are also crucial for success in this role.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will be provided as well as free visa sponsorship and round-trip tickets for non-local candidates. This position is suitable for both men and women who meet the qualifications.
