Indian Administrator in Sheduva
We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian Administrator to join our team in Sheduva. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations, and providing support to other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering new supplies when needed.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by completing necessary paperwork and providing orientation.
- Manage travel arrangements for company executives.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary.
- Keep track of employee attendance records.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrator or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
