Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Kaunas. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. Your main goal will be to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests by maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in all dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and appealing menus for various dining outlets at the resort
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment, ordering as needed
- Monitor food costs and strive to reduce expenses without compromising quality
- Collaborate with other departments to plan events and special menus
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain cleanliness and proper functioning

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, and food presentation
- Ability to manage a large team of chefs and kitchen staff effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located at our luxury resort in Kaunas. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who have strong English language skills.

Type:
This is a full-time position with temporary job opportunities available. Prior experience is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.
