We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models to solve complex problems and improve our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain machine learning algorithms and models
- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make improvements as needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of machine learning and incorporate new techniques into our processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in Python, R or Java
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using tools like Pandas, NumPy or Tableau
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform
