We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying industrial paints, and ensuring a high-quality paint finish on various industrial equipment and structures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an industrial painter and possess strong attention to detail and a desire for precision.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
- Mix and apply industrial paints using spray guns, brushes or rollers
- Ensure a smooth and even paint finish on various surfaces
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain accurate records of paint usage and inventory levels
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion within deadlines
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot any issues with paint application or equipment
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of industrial paints and their application methods
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: 1300$ per month
