Network and Systems Administrator



The Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting the organization's network and systems infrastructure. This role is based in Sheduva, with a preference for Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a valid biometric passport. Candidates with limited or no experience are also encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functioning
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery
- Upgrade network infrastructure as needed to support business growth
- Develop and maintain system documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures
- Respond to user inquiries regarding network and systems issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies or resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure security of network systems by implementing appropriate access controls, firewalls, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in networking and system administration

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator or similar role (experience with Windows operating systems is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware) is a plus
- Familiarity with backup solutions (Veeam) is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
