We are a leading architectural firm specializing in the preservation and restoration of historic buildings in Svalbard. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Preservation Architect to join our team.

As a Junior Preservation Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects to assist in the preservation and restoration of historic structures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of preservation architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on historic buildings
- Assist with site visits and surveys
- Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications for restoration projects
- Collaborate with project teams to develop preservation strategies
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of preservation principles and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1700 per month. While prior experience is not required, this position is best suited for recent graduates or students looking for practical experience in the field of preservation architecture.
