As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishes, including paint, stain, and varnish, to various surfaces such as walls, floors, and furniture. You will work closely with our team of contractors and designers to ensure that the finished product meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by filling holes, cracks, and imperfections
- Apply finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Sand and buff surfaces to create a smooth finish
- Inspect finished work for flaws and make necessary touch-ups
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finisher in the construction industry
- Proven knowledge of different types of finishes and their application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within strict deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and use heavy equipment
