Waiter/Waitress

We are hiring a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Al-Rayyan. As a Waiter/Waitress, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time work with flexible hours and no experience required. The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly manner and take their orders promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate as needed
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
