Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, topography, and features of the land. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Prepare accurate survey data, maps, and reports for clients
- Analyze survey data and produce detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Monitor construction projects to ensure compliance with survey plans and specifications
- Maintain proper documentation of survey data and reports
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction or engineering industry
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Experience with CAD software for producing drawings and maps
- Ability to read blueprints, legal documents, and technical manuals
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
