Senior Accountant

Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve profitability
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations
- Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with biometric passport requirements preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
