We are in need of a skilled Entry-Level Turner to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various tools and machinery to shape metal pieces into precise parts for various projects. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other tools as needed
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical training in machining or a related field is preferred but not required
- Previous experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing setting is a plus
- Basic knowledge of mathematics, including geometry and algebra
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically capable of standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy objects, and working with hand tools
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
