Architectural Technologist



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting the lead architect in designing and developing new construction projects, as well as providing technical support throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the lead architect to develop and produce detailed technical drawings and plans
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed 2D and 3D models of building designs
- Research building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance in all designs
- Provide technical support during the construction process, including responding to site queries and reviewing contractor submittals
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Salary:
1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
