Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architecture projects, from initial concept to final construction. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of architectural design principles.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Oversee the design process to ensure compliance with client requirements, building codes, and industry standards
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Review project deliverables for accuracy and quality control
- Manage change orders and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: $1000 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Location: Herzliya (with potential for remote work options)
