Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in the US. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling phone calls
- Assist with HR duties such as recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging travel and accommodations
- Create and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support other team members with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HR processes is preferred but not required
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US
