Construction Manager - Al Buraymi, Pakistan


We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi, Pakistan. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning and coordinating projects, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Plan and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Monitor progress on projects and make adjustments as necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Manage project budgets and control costs
- Monitor quality control to ensure high standards are met
- Identify any potential issues or problems and address them proactively
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and plans accurately
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Urdu is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
