As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of our company's databases. Your main duties will include designing, implementing, and maintaining database systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring data accuracy and availability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in database administration. Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain database systems
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data accuracy and availability by performing regular backups and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other teams to gather requirements for new databases or modifications to existing ones
- Develop and maintain documentation for all databases and related processes
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data
- Stay up-to-date with emerging database technologies and suggest improvements when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of database concepts such as normalization, indexing, querying, etc.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g. MySQL)
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java or Python)
- Familiarity with data backup/recovery processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
