Finisher

The Finisher will be responsible for completing various finishing tasks on products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for shipment. This will include sanding, staining, painting, and applying protective coatings. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in finishing work and be able to work with minimal supervision. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Sand, stain, paint, and apply protective coatings to products according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working condition
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling chemicals and operating equipment
- Communicate any issues or concerns with production team lead

Requirements:
- Previous experience in finishing work or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols when handling chemicals

Location: Svalbard (accommodation provided)
Salary: $1600 per month
