Accountant (Contract) in Muharraq, Bahrain



We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team on a contract basis in Muharraq, Bahrain. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial accounts, preparing budgets and financial statements, and conducting financial analysis to ensure the accuracy and compliance of our financial records.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial accounts
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Develop and implement budgeting strategies to optimize company finances
- Monitor expenses and revenues to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding financial reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
