Experienced Turner for Immediate Hire in Svalbard


Are you an experienced Turner looking for a challenging and fulfilling opportunity in the beautiful city of Svalbard? Our company is seeking a skilled Turner with a minimum of 5 years experience to join our team on an urgent basis. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, such as lathes and grinders, to shape metal parts according to specific measurements. You will also be required to read blueprints, make adjustments to machines as needed, and inspect finished products for quality assurance.

To be considered for this position, you must have a strong understanding of metalworking techniques and possess the ability to work independently and efficiently. Experience with CNC machines is preferred but not required. In addition, candidates must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols at all times.

As an added bonus, we offer competitive salary of $900 per week, along with accommodation provided by the company. Visa sponsorship is also available for non-Svalbard residents.
