Mason Supervisor


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.

Your main duties will include:

- Supervising and coordinating the work of masons on construction sites.
- Assigning tasks and providing guidance to masons to ensure quality workmanship.
- Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets required standards.
- Ordering and maintaining supplies and materials needed for masonry work.
- Training new masons on proper techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborating with other supervisors and contractors to plan project timelines and schedules.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 5 years of experience as a Mason Supervisor in the construction industry. You should also have excellent leadership skills, strong knowledge of masonry techniques, and the ability to read blueprints.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, but we do offer free visa sponsorship and flight tickets for non-local candidates.
