Administrator
We are currently hiring an experienced Administrator for our company located in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all administrative tasks and operations of the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all administrative tasks and operations of the company
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office supplies inventory
- Act as a point of contact between employees, clients, and other external parties
- Ensure efficient operation of office equipment
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam fluency preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Ar Rumaythiyah (accommodation not provided)
