We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and effective English language instruction to individuals or small groups of students.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the specific needs and goals of each student
- Conduct individual or small group tutoring sessions in person or online
- Assess student's current level of proficiency in English language and identify areas for improvement
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and make learning enjoyable
- Keep track of student progress and provide progress reports to parents or guardians when necessary
- Stay updated on current teaching methods and techniques for teaching English as a second language

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Previous experience as an English Tutor or ESL teacher preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Ability to communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students
- Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching English language
- Familiarity with various teaching resources and technologies for online tutoring is a plus

Salary:
$1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Beer-Sheva, Israel (open to candidates from Canada, the Philippines, or other English-speaking countries)
