Sales Manager for Student Accommodation in Oslo

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract students to our accommodations. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with current and potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the student market in Oslo. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the student accommodation industry, is required. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is also preferred.

As this is a commission-based role, the successful candidate must be motivated by meeting and exceeding sales targets. You must also possess strong organizational skills and be able to work independently.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance. Accommodation will also be provided as part of the compensation package.
