Restaurant Manager (Part-time) in Os, Norway
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As a part-time manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Proficient in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff schedules, inventory management, and customer service standards
- Hire, train, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation through consistent quality control measures
- Monitor labor costs and adjust staffing as needed to meet business demands
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines as well as food safety regulations
