Responsibilities:
- Assist patrons in locating and accessing materials such as books, magazines, and audio-visual materials
- Help patrons with research and reference questions
- Organize and maintain the library's collection of materials
- Develop and implement programs and activities to promote literacy and reading within the community
- Manage circulation services including checking items in and out, collecting fines, and issuing library cards
- Collaborate with other librarians to plan events and create displays that showcase the library's resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with library systems and technology
