Housekeeping Assistant


As a Housekeeping Assistant in our luxury hotel in Lusail, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our guest rooms and public areas. You will work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure that our guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels as necessary
- Vacuum, mop, and dust all surfaces in guest rooms
- Ensure all amenities are fully stocked for guests
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Deep clean rooms as needed
- Assist with laundry duties
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobby, hallways, and restrooms
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
- Follow all safety procedures while performing duties

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping preferred but not required
- Must have a biometric passport (if not Qatari national)
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions thoroughly
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for long periods of time

Salary:
Starting salary of 1000$ per month.

This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Note: This job is suitable for experienced candidates as well as freshers looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. Training will be provided for those without previous housekeeping experience.
