Indian Administrator at Clairvaux
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian Administrator to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the team
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management
- Create reports and presentations for management
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Communicate with clients and vendors in a professional manner
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Nationality: Indian (preferred)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role (freshers welcome)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Salary:
Starting salary of 1700$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
Location:
