As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of English-speaking employees, ensuring their success and productivity. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of English-speaking employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed
- Monitor team performance and ensure that targets are met or exceeded
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and tools
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient communication and processes across departments
- Participate in regular meetings with management to provide updates on team performance and discuss strategies for improvement

Requirements:
- Indian national with fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred but not required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary
