Power Engineer



Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Engineer to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Power Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting power systems for various projects. We are looking for someone with experience in the field and a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop power systems for various projects, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards
- Perform calculations and simulations to determine power system requirements
- Develop plans for the installation and maintenance of power systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with power systems
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on existing power systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and contractors on projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, advances in technology, and changes in regulations related to power engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Power Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of safety regulations and codes related to power systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on renewable energy projects is an asset
- Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred

Contract Details:
This is a contract position with an initial duration of 12 months. The salary for this role is $1400 per month. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
