As a Floral Arrangement Specialist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions. This could include weddings, parties, corporate events, or everyday bouquets. Your primary focus will be on designing arrangements that meet the specific preferences of our clients while also ensuring that they are visually appealing and of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Select appropriate flowers, foliage, and other materials for each arrangement
- Create visually appealing and unique arrangements that meet client expectations
- Ensure timely delivery of all floral orders
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience in floral arrangement or related field
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to handle stress and work under tight deadlines

Working Hours & Compensation:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. The salary for this role is $1700 per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
