Floral Designer

We are searching for a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. Your main duties will include selecting and arranging flowers, creating unique designs, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and their care
- Excellent design skills with an eye for color and composition
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Responsibilities:
- Create beautiful floral arrangements based on client's preferences and event theme
- Select the best quality flowers from suppliers and maintain their freshness
- Design unique bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, and other floral decorations
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client's needs and offering suggestions if needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
