Senior Architect (Kaunas, Lithuania)



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Kaunas, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and possess exceptional design skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design process, managing projects, and collaborating with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and supervise construction progress
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Strong design skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
