Senior Architect - Kaunas, Lithuania

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Kaunas. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with extensive knowledge of design principles and construction processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with other professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design projects from concept development to construction completion
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using various software programs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design preferences
- Communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is following the approved plans
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex design issues
