IT Manager - Los Angeles, USA


We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic IT plans to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the organization's network and computer systems, including hardware, software, and telecommunications
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of all hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for IT products or services
- Train employees on new technology systems or upgrades as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements within the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, hardware/software installation & maintenance, disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
