Job Title: Industrial Architect - Svalbard

As an Industrial Architect in our growing architecture firm, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures in Svalbard. Your main responsibilities will include creating detailed plans and blueprints, conducting site visits and inspections, managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors. You must have a strong understanding of industrial design principles, building codes and regulations, and construction materials. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for all nationalities. Key Responsibilities:
- Designing industrial buildings and structures in accordance with client requirements
- Creating detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conducting site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicating project progress to clients and stakeholders through reports and presentations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of industrial design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction materials
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
