This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models.
- Conduct data analysis and pre-processing to prepare data for modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved using machine learning techniques.
- Research and apply the latest advancements in the field of machine learning.
- Develop proof of concepts and prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Optimize existing machine learning models for better performance and scalability.
- Communicate results and insights from models to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms such as decision trees, random forests, neural networks, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Pandas, NumPy, etc.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving big data processing.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
