Job Title: Cashier at a Retail Store in Manama, Bahrain


We are in search of a responsible and customer-oriented Cashier to join our retail store team in Manama. In this role, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Accurately process all transactions using cash registers or other forms of payment
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers as needed
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balance throughout the shift
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Ensure all merchandise is correctly priced and displayed
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the store

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
- Reliable with strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash registers or POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays if needed
- Biometric passport preferred

Compensation:
